This guy obviously short on wisdom and probably short on brain power too. The tattoo guy probably shouldn’t have taken advantage of him like this. Obviously there’s got to be something else going on here than meets the eyes…

This video can be best described as poor man not knowing how to make tattoos.
Funny video. Some tattos artists give everyone a bad name. It is so easy to take advantage (by taking their money) of drunk or stoned people and putting something on their skin that will be there forever. I am not sure if tattoo artists have a code of conduct, but maybe they should.
